This is a picture from the thanksgiving we had at my sister-in-law's place. She made roasted Cornish hens, and I had to share the recipe.
Wash the cornish hens and pat dry.
Marinate with the marinade of your choice.
Cook in a 400F preheated oven for about 40 min.
